This project is a four storey office building with associated car parking, access road and hard and soft landscape, developed on a ‘greenfield’ site. The office accommodation is generally ‘open plan’, with meeting rooms and staff facilities located at ground floor level.  The building has been completed acheiving BREEAM ‘very good’ standards.
