The building has been located so as to promote and continue the Avebury Boulevard frontage and the street scene within the overall masterplan.
The palette of materials references the existing adjacent building. The office fenestration pattern is modified to give a more random rhythm of glass and solid elements, defined using zinc. These elements break down into perforated panels giving a contrasting gradation of light and shade.
