The projects at Seebeck Place comprise three 3/4 storey office buildings with associated car parking, access roads and hard and soft landscape, developed on a ‘greenfield’ site. The office accommodation is generally ‘open plan’, with meeting rooms and staff facilities located at ground floor level.  The buildings have been completed meeting BREEAM ‘very good’ standards.
